While interning with MAYA Design in Summer 2010, I contributed to the development of products. I helped to conduct contextual inquires, focus groups, and interviews. With my team, I synthesized research leading and created videos, personas and a design guidelines document to steer the design. From there, we brainstormed concept ideas, developed wireframes and prototypes.
During the summer, I learned the curriculum offered by LUMA Institute, a sister company of MAYA. I assisted in teaching an three day intensive Innovation Workshop at a client firm. I taught the prototyping and heuristics lessons.
